1. Sales Policy

  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Return & Refund Policy.
     
  • Used/refurbished devices are sold as-is with a 30-day limited hardware warranty (unless otherwise noted).
  • Customers are responsible for checking the condition and functionality of a device before purchase.
     

2. Repair Services

  • Repairs include only the parts and labor listed on the service ticket.
     
  • Our repair warranty covers only the specific repair performed and lasts 90 days from the date of service.
     
  • Warranty does not cover damage from drops, liquid, misuse, or tampering after the repair.
     
  • Any data loss during repair is not our responsibility — customers are advised to back up devices before service.
     

3. Payments

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase or before collecting a repaired device.
     
  • We accept all payment methods.
     

4. Liability

  • We are not responsible for:
     
    • Loss of data or files during repairs.
       
    • Any damage caused by unauthorized third-party repairs or modifications after purchase.
       
  • Devices left unclaimed after 90 days from completion of service may be considered abandoned and disposed of.
     

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate contact information for warranty or service follow-up.
     
  • Report any issues within the timeframes listed in our Return & Refund Policy.
     

Return and Refund Policy

 

At Phone Spot LLC, all used/refurbished devices are thoroughly tested before sale. Please read our policy carefully before completing your purchase.


  • Used/refurbished devices are sold as-is with a 30-day limited warranty for hardware defects only.
    Returns are only accepted if a device has a functional defect not disclosed at the time of sale and is brought back within 7 days of purchase.

 

 Warranty Coverage

  • The 30-day limited warranty covers hardware issues only.
     
  • Warranty does not cover:
     
    • Physical damage after purchase (cracked screen, dents, etc.)
       
    • Water or liquid damage
       
    • Battery health changes over time
       
    • Software problems caused by customer-installed apps or settings changes
       

3. Refunds & Exchanges

  • If a return is approved, we may offer a repair, exchange, or store credit.
     
  • Cash or card refunds are issued only if repair or exchange is not possible.
     

4. Claims Process

  • Bring the device and original receipt to the store for inspection.
     
  • Our team will test the device before approving a claim.
